Q: I put the CD in and nothing's happening, what should I do?

A: The menu system for the CD should be launched automatically once it has been inserted into its drive. If not, it can be launched by navigating to your drlve with a file browser, right clicking and selecting "Autoplay".

Q: I clicked on a link in the menu but it didn't open, what's wrong?

A: You may not have Adobe Reader installed, to install this software go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader

and follow the instructions there. Alternatively go to:

AutoPlay\Docs\HeIp\Windows\

on this disk and locate the correct installation file there.

Q: The whiteboard summaries don't open, any ideas?

A: The whiteboard summaries on the CD require Microsoft PowerPoint or similar to access them. This is usually installed as part of the Microsoft Office package but if this is unavailable OpenOffice.org is recommended as free alternative and can be found at:
